PALEOLITHIC DIET

The Paleolithic Diet trend is still going strong. This diet was created to resolve current day medical health issues. Approximately 2 million years ago the Paleolithic people ate simple foods. Farming, gardening and cultivating was unheard during the Paleolithic times. The Paleolithic era produced meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. The food was secured by hunting, fishing and gathering. POSITIVE parts of the diet includes eating fresh foods,  avoiding heavily processed foods and preparing your own meals.  NEGATIVE parts of the diet includes omission of foods enjoyed such as whole grains, expensive cost of foods and extra time in the kitchen. Diet Architects give this diet a thumbs up. Eating lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables (we include all vegetables for variety), nuts and seeds can be a great improvement of the typical American Western Diet.
