THREE DAY FULL LIQUID DIET
A Full Liquid Diet can be a great kick starter towards weight loss or just give some relief to the gastrointestinal system. A full liquid diet can provide adequate calories, protein and fat to meet nutritional needs but may be inadequate in vitamins and minerals. Plan to take a daily multivitamin and mineral while following a full liquid diet. Select your daily choices from the list below: 1. All milk (buttermilk,soy,almond,cow's milk), milkshakes, eggnog, smooth ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, pudding and yogurt no fruit. 2. All fruit juice and nectar. 3. All vegetable and tomato juice. 4. Hot cereal such as cream of wheat, farina and cream of rice. 5. Broth, bouillon, smooth or strained soups. 6. All butter, margarine, cream and oils. 7. Sherbet, plain gelatin, fruit ice, honey, raw sugar and sugar substitutes. 8. All flavored water and plain water. 9. All Belly Bully flavors for snacks between meals.

Sample Meal Plan for Lunch and Dinner - Fruit Juice or Veg Juice; Strained Cream Soup; Ice cream or Sherbet or Pudding; Milk; Plain or Flavored Water.
Sample Meal Plan for Snacks - Belly Bully 1-3 per day between meals if desired.
